Hi! I’m Emily and I’m a second-year PhD student in English with an Emphasis in Creative Writing. I earned my MFA from Florida State University and my BA in English and Comparative Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I’m primarily a fiction writer, but I’m also interested in creative nonfiction, lyric essays, prose poetry, and hybrid genres. Looking forward to working with you here at the Writing Center!
