Cory

Cory is a 4th year Ph.D. in the School of Journalism with a focus on media sociology. He defended his dissertation this semester wherein he explored the meanings of the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan as conveyed through the New York Times.

Cory spent 20 years in the U.S. Army where he learned to appreciate written and oral communication, near and far term planning, efficient systems and effective processes, and concise standard operation procedures. His favorite books on writing are:
