Audrey

Audrey is a PhD candidate in Art History in the School of Visual Studies. After earning her Bachelor’s in Visual Arts Education at Ball State University, Audrey taught studio art to Indiana high school students until 2018. She arrived at MU that same year to start graduate work in American Art History with an emphasis on women artists in the Modern Era. Audrey’s dissertation research focuses on the work of women artist-educators who committed themselves to establishing art programs serving diverse communities across the United States. When Audrey is not working on her dissertation, you can find her with a small cup of coffee, a nice book, and her cat, Sage!
