Tim Riordan is a Master’s of Accountancy student at the University of Missouri – Columbia (Mizzou). Additionally, while at Mizzou he serves as a Graduate Assistant for both Management 4140 and the Writing Center.
Tim completed his undergraduate coursework for a Bachelor’s in Accountancy and English Minor at the University of Missouri as well. As such, he is thankful for the opportunity to work with students this year in his role as a graduate assistant. He plans to put his English Minor to use this year as he works alongside undergraduates.
Tim has successfully completed two internships while at Mizzou. While participating in Mizzou’s Kinder Scholar Program in Washington D.C., he worked at the Smithsonian’s Office of Advancement. The following summer, he then interned as an FSO Assurance intern in Ernst & Young’s Chicago office.
Being involved in a variety of organizations and disciplines shaped Tim’s experience at Mizzou. He is thankful for the opportunities offered there that helped him study abroad for a semester and land two internships. While he is excited for future professional opportunities, he is also very grateful to have a graduate year at Mizzou.
